Mary Bolander
A professional facilitator, coach, and cofounder of the Seeds Global Innovation Lab, Mary is dedicated to equipping individuals and organizations with the language and skills they need to develop their creativity and innovation. Trained as a registered nurse and certified through MIT Emeritus’ Mastering Design Thinking program, she has unique and invaluable insight into humanity’s physical and creative capabilities. As such, Mary has made it her mission to transform groups and individuals through designed facilitation and coaching for collaboration, clarity, and increased engagement.
Mary, a member of the Southeast Association of Facilitators, has extensive experience in facilitation and coaching having delivered over a hundred keynote speeches and facilitations for groups located all over the world including Kenya, Lebanon, Egypt, Ghana, and the United Kingdom.
As a cofounder of a global innovation lab, she has designed and led both in-person and virtual workshops for groups of all sizes and consulted for global CEOs and leaders by developing cultural transformation strategies focused on collaboration and innovation.
A believer in embracing curiosity and a self-proclaimed lifelong learner, Mary excels at reimagining what is possible. She rejuvenates the workplace environment through her expert knowledge in the art and science of facilitation. This will provide individuals and teams with the diverse skills necessary to venture into a brighter future.
